- Inuxu reserves right to discontinue or cancel the access to Adgebra self-serve platform in case of any material breach of the terms of use, content policy violations or non-timely payments as per the insertion/release order.
- Advertiser/User may discontinue usage of Adgebra platform provided all dues from the Advertiser are cleared and no campaigns are active or scheduled.
- Advertiser may also request for a deactivation of account by sending email to [email protected] .
- Once the advance payment is made, Advertiser must consume the advance amount within 6 months of payment. Advertiser may use the advance credit for any number of campaigns.
- Advance amount will not be refunded, unless the campaign cannot be delivered in Adgebra because of platform related issues.
- In case the campaign cannot be delivered due to unavailability of Adgebra platform or any technical issues, Advertiser may raise a refund request to respective Account Manager or [email protected] [email protected]. Refund request, if approved in such cases, will be processed within 2 business days.
