Refund / Cancellation Policy

  1. Inuxu reserves right to discontinue or cancel the access to Adgebra self-serve platform in case of any material breach of the terms of use, content policy violations or non-timely payments as per the insertion/release order.
  2. Advertiser/User may discontinue usage of Adgebra platform provided all dues from the Advertiser are cleared and no campaigns are active or scheduled.
  3. Advertiser may also request for a deactivation of account by sending email to [email protected] .
  4. Once the advance payment is made, Advertiser must consume the advance amount within 6 months of payment. Advertiser may use the advance credit for any number of campaigns.
  5. Advance amount will not be refunded, unless the campaign cannot be delivered in Adgebra because of platform related issues.
  6. In case the campaign cannot be delivered due to unavailability of Adgebra platform or any technical issues, Advertiser may raise a refund request to respective Account Manager or [email protected] [email protected]. Refund request, if approved in such cases, will be processed within 2 business days.
